About YCT Tests

The Youth Chinese Test (YCT), an international standardized test for Chinese language proficiency, assesses primary and secondary school students' abilities to use Chinese as a second language in their daily and academic life.

The YCT is divided into a writing and speaking test, independent of each other. The writing test consists of four levels. The speaking test consists of two levels, including primary and intermediate.
